The Chesapeake Information Management System (CIMS) is an organized, distributed library of information and software tools designed to increase basin-wide public access to Chesapeake Bay information. The Internet sites in CIMS are maintained by CIMS Partners who have enacted Memoranda of Agreement (MOA) to follow certain guidelines for assembling and publishing Chesapeake Bay related information
